In addition BBI can provide turn-key building solutions; we can manage any stage of your construction program. Our structures are engineered to meet New Castle County, Kent County, and Miami Dade Florida Building Code which is the most respected building code in the world, with wind load requirements of 200 mph.  Light Gauge Steel performs extremely well in both hurricane and earthquake testing. All our structures comes a full set of signed and sealed engineering calculations and drawings to meet local building code requirements. Our unique design methods allow our structures to be built up to 5 floors high using only light gauge steel building components. We design the full building using CAD design software integrated with computer controlled manufacturing roll-formers. We then prefabricate the building components in our manufacturing facility which is then delivered to site by road or sea. The buildings are designed to be able to be erected by local, semi-skilled labor forces with no previous experience of Light Gauge Steel. Our construction connection methods are kept simple with no need for specialized equipment. We have strategic alliances to work as a general contractor if required.
